Welcome to the my new site of hand made and decorated cakes for all occasions. I live in Essex, England and studied the art of cake decoration for 3 years at a local college where I gained my City & Guilds qualification in 1999.

Since then I have created many pieces, from marzipan figures to iced flower arrangements, through to  Wedding, Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary and Christening cakes.
